We handle everything from routine check-ups to complex diagnostics in-house, saving you time and trips to multiple facilities.
Primary Care (Family & Internal Medicine)
Full-scope management of acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and preventive care like annual wellness exams, EKGs, and PFTs.
Clinical Psychology
Evaluation and treatment of mental health issues in a supportive, integrated setting.
General Surgery (New!)
Comprehensive surgical services with trusted local surgeon Dr. Wesley J. Deselle, MD, FACS.
In-House Diagnostics
State-of-the-art plain film X-ray performed by ARRT certified technician, complex lab testing, ultrasound department, nuclear medicine (nuclear stress tests, DXA/bone density, HIDA scans, bone scans). CT/MRI available via Helen Keller Hospital on-site.
Urgent Care
Walk-in for minor illnesses/injuries, with extended hours and on-site labs/X-ray.
Our Facilities
Housed in our state-of-the-art building completed in 2020, we provide convenient access to in-house X-ray (operated by certified technicians), a complex CLIA-certified lab, ultrasound, nuclear medicine (including nuclear stress tests, DXA bone density scans, HIDA scans, and bone scans), EKGs, and PFTs. For CT and MRI, our partners at Helen Keller Hospital's radiology clinic are conveniently located on the first floor. Across the street, our new mixed-use facility hosts Avalon Urgent Care for extended-hour needs.

Our Physicians
Our physicians specialize in the treatment and management of chronic medical conditions, but are also capable of treating most minor acute medical situations, illnesses and injuries. We also offer the evaluation and treatment of mental health issues.
